The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Elizabeth Weitz
Elizabeth Joy Weitz, 27, of Cincinnati, died July 12, 2006, while giving birth to twins at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati. The babies - Cohen and Kiersten - also died.
She was born Oct. 19, 1978, in Columbus, Ind., to Robert and Vicki Rozzi Hassett. Her father is deceased and her mother survives in Cincinnati. On May 12, 2001, she married Brad W. Weitz, who survives.
Also surviving are a step-daughter, Lauren, at home; two sisters, Julie Hassett Atkin, Los Angeles, Calif., and Sarah (Ben) Jones, Lebanon; father-in-law, Jack (Paula) Weitz, Celina; mother-in-law, Linda (Bill) Sieber, Cincinnati; two brothers-in-law, Jeremy (Carrie) Weitz, St. Marys, and Christian Weitz, Celina; and two sisters-in-law, Stephanie Hicks and Kellie Hall, both of Cincinnati.
She had been employed as a senior underwriter for Cincinnati Financial the past five years. A 2001 graduate of Ohio State University, Columbus, she was completing a master's degree at Xavier University, Cincinnati.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Funeral Home, Hamilton, the Rev. Barry Burns officiating.
Calling is 1-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
