The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Rosalinda Siefring
Rosalinda A. Siefring, 84, 13291 Cochran Road, Rossburg, died Nov. 10, 2006, at her home.
She was born Jan. 22, 1922, in St. Rose, to John and Bernadina Knuefner Bergman. On June 2, 1948, she married Norbert Siefring who died July 23, 1967.
Surviving are four sons, Virgil (Becky) of Greenville, Marvin (Diane) of Fort Recovery, William of Rossburg, and David (Maryanne) of Piqua; three daughters, Dianna (Carl) Miller, Burkettsville, Bonita (Dan) Howe, Rossburg, and Deborah (Karl) Pottkotter, Fort Recovery; a brother, Victor (Helen) Bergman, Celina; a sister-in-law, Viola Bergman, Celina; 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two infant children, Joseph and Angela; three brothers, Aloys, Clarence and Norbert Bergman; and two sisters, Elizabeth Keller and Rosemary Brunswick.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul Catholic Church and the Altar Sodality, both of Sharpsburg, and Fort Recovery American Legion Auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
