The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

William Brown
William C. Brown, 84, of Ansonia, died the morning of Dec. 21, 2006, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Findlay.
He was born Feb. 28, 1922, in Hamilton County, to Clyde Raymond and Alice Williams Brown. His wife, Rita M. Brown died on Feb. 26, 1992.
Survivors are three sons, Raymond, Thomas and Paul, all of Greenville; three daughters, Mary Jo (Dan) Saintignon, Ansonia, Susan (Steve) Fowble, Greenville, Anita (Henry) Unrast and Cynthia (Thomas) Moody, all of New Weston; a sister, Roma Englmann, of Colorado; a sister-in-law, Evelyn (Bud) Riede, Harrison; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was a retired milk inspector for the City of Cincinnati. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps, serving during World War II. He was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church, Greenville, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7262, American Legion Post 140, all of Greenville, and AmVets .
Funeral Mass is 11:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenville, the Rev. John White officiating. Burial with full military honors by the Greenville Veterans Honor Guard will follow in the Old Teegarden Cemetery, Ansonia.
Calling is 9:30-11:15 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
