The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Rosemary Wenning
Rosemary Ann Wenning, 79, of Coldwater, died at 3:30 a.m. Jan. 12, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born May 15, 1927, in Maria Stein, to John and Rosa Bruns Heitkamp. On Feb. 23, 1949, she married Cletus H. Wenning, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Larry (Cindy) and David (Janet), all of St. Henry, Dale (Janice) and Dennis (Phyllis), all of Coldwater; four daughters, Betty (Les) Kremer, St. Sebastian, Deb (Tim) Knapke, St. Henry, Diane (Jeff) Osterholt, Lafayette, Ind., and Joyce (David) Johnsman, Celina; a brother, Clarence (Lorena) Heitkamp, McCartyville; 34 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are six brothers, August, Edwin, Leonard, Herbert, Oscar and Arthur; three sisters, Regina Hein, Ida Clune and Amelia Goecke; three brothers-in-law, Ferd Hein, Clarence Clune and Cornelius Goecke; and five sisters-in-law, Adella, Irma, Henrietta, Edna and Josephine.
She retired from the former Huffy Bicycle plant, Celina. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 am. Monday at the church, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
