The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

James Morrow
Mercer County native and former Celina resident James Dillon Morrow, 82, of Mooresville, N.C., died March 26, 2007, at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, Mooresville.
He was born Oct. 12, 1924, in Mercer County, to A. Dillon and Bonnie B. Goslee Morrow. On Feb. 8, 1948, he married Eloise Frahm, who died March 16, 2005.
Survivors include two sons, Michael J. (Judy), Mooresville, and Thomas A. (Pamela), Garland, Texas; two sisters, Joanne Witges, O'Fallon, Ill., and Winifred Keister, Celina; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Richard A.; a sister-in-law, Joan; and two brothers-in-law, Edward Witges and Kenton Keister.
He retired from Reynolds and Reynolds, Celina, and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in Japan. A Celina High School graduate, he attended Ohio State University and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Hopewell Township, American Legion Post 210 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, both of Celina, and Scout Master of Troop 200.
A memorial service is 3 p.m. April 19 at the church. Burial is at Buck Cemetery, Celina.

Contributions can be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, N.Y., or the church.
Arrangements are being handled by Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville, N.C.
