The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Joe Schwieterman
Joe Alan Schwieterman, 39, 702 W. South St., Coldwater, died at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 18, 2007, at his residence. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Oct. 15, 1967, in Coldwater, to William and Joan Poeppelman Schwieterman, who survive in Coldwater. On June 3, 1995, he married Jennifer Marbaugh, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Jacob and Justin, at home; and four sisters, Lisa (Rick) Evans, Dublin, Lynn, Coldwater, and Teri (Steve) Kitzmiller and Beth (Jamie) Mescher, all of Minster.
He worked at Western Ohio True Value, Minster, and was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Fraternal Order of Eagle Aerie 3025, both of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
