The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Martha Hayman
Former Celina resident Martha J. "Marte" Hayman, 84, 11816 Mallard Lane, St. Marys, died at 4 a.m. Nov. 11, 2007, at her home.
She was born June 6, 1923, in Burlington, Iowa, to Clarence and Pearl Ervin McCormick. On Sept. 26, 1942, she married William Hayman, who died Feb. 10, 1990.
Surviving are four sons, J. William (Mary), Charlotte, N.C., John (Joan), Murray, Ky., James (Cheryl), Des Moines, Iowa, and David (Dana), Sarasota, Fla.; a daughter, Claudia (John) Coe, Celina; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was a caseworker for the former Mercer County Mental Health and Mercer County Hospice agencies. She graduated from Biggsville (Ill.) High School and attended Monmouth College of Illinois. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Toledo.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
