The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

David Voskuhl
David A. Voskuhl, 78, of 1125 Fairground Road, Celina, died at 5 a.m. Aug. 4, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born April 9, 1930, in Cassella, to Herman and Sophia Duwel Voskuhl. On Nov. 22, 1954, he married his first wife, Joan Rosenbeck, who died May 11, 1972. On Nov. 26, 1988, he married Carmon Rodriguez, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Joe (Rhonda), Englewood, and Mike, Chickasaw; three daughters, Therese (Lester) Tobe, Fort Recovery, Elizabeth "Betts" (John) Mertz, St. Henry, and Marilyn (Jim) Bomholt, St. Rose; a stepson, John Atkinson, New Bremen; four stepdaughters, Kathy (Dan) Homan, Coldwater, Deb (Larry) Hunt, Brookeland, Texas, Becky (Mike) Wilson, Jasper, Texas, and Mary Atkinson, Chicago, Ill.; a sister Julitta "Judy" Riethman, Anna; seven grandchildren and nine stepgrandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter-in-law, Pam Voskuhl.
He was retired from Midmark Corporation, Versailles, and a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Celina, and a veteran of the U.S. Army 1st Calvary Division serving in the Korean Conflict.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at Precious Blood Cemetery, Chickasaw, where full military honors will be provided by the Celina Firing Squad.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
