The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Robert Sudhoff
Robert E. Sudhoff, 92, 608 Butler St., Coldwater, died at 2:30 a.m. June 30, 2009, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
He was born Oct. 19, 1916, in Mercer County to William and Sophia Meyer Sudhoff. On Sept. 25, 1946, he married Alvira Borgert, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Ronald (Karen) Sudhoff, Garrett, Ind., and Randy (Judy) Sudhofff, Coldwater; four daughters, Linda (Larry) Wendel, Celina, Marilyn (Ron) Couture, Jamestown, N.C., Kathleen (Mike) Citron, Raleigh, N.C., and Diane (Gerry) Sowar, Centerville; 29 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Alfons, Fred and Ralph Sudhoff; three sisters, Margaret Schurman, Dorothy Bollenbacher, and Anselma Goecke.
He was a retired farmer and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and the Catholic Order of Foresters. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth's Cemetery, Coldwater, where military rites will be conducted by the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, both in Coldwater.
Calling is 8-10 a.m. prior to the Mass at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
