The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

LaDonna Quinlin
LaDonna "Donna" A. Quinlin, 76, of Minster, died at 1:58 a.m. July 18, 2009, at the home of her daughter in Oakwood.
She was born April 5, 1933, in Minster to Henry and Dorothy Winner Wuebker. On Feb. 19, 1955, she married Thomas E. Quinlin, who died March 3, 1996.
Surviving are her children, Thomas S. Quinlin, Columbus, Dr. Teresa "Terri" E. Quinlin and James R. Dydo, Groveport, Michele (Scott) Tritt, Dayton, Michael E. (Linda) Quinlin, Centerville; brothers and sisters, Richard (Vera) Wuebker, Versailles, Joseph (Dorothy) Wuebker, Minster, Stan (Rita) Wuebker, Minster, Marcella (Sally) Pleiman, McCartyville, Martha Fullenkamp, Cincinnati, Leonard (Viola) Wuebker, Minster, and seven grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, James Joseph Quinlin; and two brothers-in-law, Gerald Pleiman and Lester Fullenkamp.
She had worked in the accounting department at the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and its Resurrection Choir and Mission Commission. She was a charter member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, Minster, a girl scout leader who held other Girl Scout positions for 16 years, and a Minster Booster Club member who received the Booster of The Year Award in 1992. She was on the Minster Rescue Squad for 10 years, publicity chairman for the Minster American Red Cross Blood Mobile for 10 years, on the entertainment committee for the Minster Oktoberfest, a member of the Minster and Fort Loramie Historical Society, the Fort Loramie American Legion Auxiliary and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees Chapter 2170. She graduated from Minster High School in 1951.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-9:30 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Thomas/James/LaDonna Quinlin Minster High School Perpetual Scholarship Fund.
