The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Judith Grimes
Judith A. Grimes, 65, St. Marys, died at 7:08 a.m. Oct. 25, 2010, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 7, 1945, in Lima, to Norman and LaRue Eversman Schrolucke. Her father survives in St. Marys and her mother is deceased. On Sept. 6, 1964, she married Robert Grimes, who also survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Lisa (Lynn) Donovan, Lima, Tanya (Scott) Temple, New Bremen; a father and mother-in-law, Dale and Evelyn Grimes, New Knoxville; and eight grandchildren.
Also deceased is sister, Elizabeth Thomas.
She was a 1963 graduate of New Knoxville High School and Miami-Jacobs College. She retired from the Auglaize County Educational Service Center. She was a life member of the First United Church of Christ in New Knoxville, where she was also a member of the choir and taught Sunday school in the junior department.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. David Williams officiating. Burial is at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery in New Knoxville.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Prayer Room of the church.
Memorials may be made to the Auglaize County Cancer Association, Grand Lake Hospice or the New Building Fund of the church.
