The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Arbutus Alt
Arbutus "Artie" Alt, 99, Celina, died at 11:10 p.m. Nov. 6, 2010, at the Gardens in Celina.
She was born March 6, 1911, in Celina to Ora and Cecile Coffit Roser. On Sept. 1, 1928, she married Orville Alt, who died in 1986.
Survivors include two sons, Donald (Pat) Alt, Dublin, and Dale (Patty) Alt, Alexandria, Ind.; a daughter, Bernice Braun, Coldwater; a sister, Sarah Schroeder, Daytona, Fla.; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
Also deceased is a grandson; an infant brother, John Roser; and a brother-in-law, Henry Schroeder.
She graduated from Celina High School in 1929. She was a press operator for Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina until 1976. She was a member of the Woodman Circle.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Bruce Strine officiating. Burial will follow in North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
