The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

David Romer
David Joseph Romer, 32, Coldwater, died June 13, 2011, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 28, 1978, in Coldwater, to David Romer, who survives in Fort Recovery, and Melinda Bubp, who survives in New Port Richey, Fla.
Also surviving are a brother, Gregory (Lauren) Romer, Coldwater; a sister, Deborah (Jeremy) Lees, Tampa, Fla.; a stepfather, Stephen Bubp, New Port Richey; stepbrother, Brennan (Emily) Bubp, Charlotte, N.C.; a stepsister, Ashley Bubp, New York, NY.; grandmother, Jane Moeder, Melbourne, Fla.; and stepgrandmother, Agnes Bubp, Berne, Ind.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
