The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Richard Bigelow
Richard D. "Dick" Bigelow, 72, Celina, died at 8:20 a.m. July 31, 2011, in his home.
He was born Nov. 11, 1938, in St. Marys to Elwood and Gustie Barnes Bigelow. On March 15, 1990, he married Willa Ryan, who survives.
Also surviving are four children, Johnathon (Rachel) Bigelow, Celina, Teri (Randy) Mullins, Celina, Charles (Donna) Bailey, Celina, and Kimberly Bailey, Celina; two brothers, Darrel (Jerry) Bigelow, Rockford, and Rex (Jan) Bigelow, Troy; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, David Bigelow.
He retired from Reynolds & Reynolds, Celina. He served with the U. S. Army.
Service is 4 p.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Mark Rutledge officiating.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
