The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Mary Romer Borger
Mary Magdalen Romer Borger, 97, Memphis, Tenn., died Feb. 7, 2012, at home.
She was born July 23, 1914, in St. Henry to Joseph and Anna Romer. She was the last surviver of 16 children. She married Luke F. Borger 76 years ago, and he survives.
Also surviving are daughters, Mary Ann (Tony) Cremerius and Mary Jean (Ed) Crenshaw, all of Memphis; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Before moving to Memphis in 1951, she owned and operated a beauty shop in Mercer County. She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, Memphis, the Daughters of Isabella, the Ladies of Charity and St. Michael and St. Louis altar guilds.
Service was Feb. 11 at St. Louis Catholic Church, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery, Memphis.
Arrangements were by Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to the Monsignor Cluman Endowment Fund at the church, the Monastery at St. Clare, Memphis, or Ave Maria Home, Memphis.
