The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Lois Steinbrunner
Lois J. Steinbrunner, 80, of Osgood, died at 6:11 a.m. June 24, 2012, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Aug. 18, 1931, in Fort Loramie, to Alfred and Edith Turner Winner. On Jan. 10, 1953, she married Robert Luebke, who died Feb. 26, 1989. On May 16, 1997, she married Mark Steinbrunner, who survives.
Also surviving are seven children, Phil (Janie) Luebke, Maria Stein, Denise (Tim) Boeckman and Dianne (Larry) Post, all of St. Henry, Jeff (Nancy) Luebke, Maria Stein, Lori (Steve) Santmeyer, Mansfield, Rob (Carey) Luebke, Celina, and Heather (Perry) Unrast, Maria Stein; and four stepchildren, Mark (Rachel) Steinbrunner, Millbury, Lorine (Keith) Nemes, Wake Forrest, Dennis Steinbrunner, St. Henry, and Sandy (Rick) Derthick, Galloway.
Also surviving are two sisters, Betty (Gerry) Huelsman, Minster, and Judy (Robert) Geiger, Port Clinton; a brother, Bill (Teresa) Winner, Maria Stein; three sisters-in-law, Eunice Winner and Norma Winner, both of Minster, and Marlene Winner, Roswell, Ga.; 21 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 10 stepgrandchildren.
Deceased are a son-in-law, Jack Imwalle, and three brothers, Paul, Jim and Jack Winner.
She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and the American Legion Auxiliary, both of Osgood, and Marion Local Band Boosters. A 1949 graduate of Minster High School, she retired from Crown Equipment and later served as an aide and volunteer for Marion Local Schools.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Revs. David Zink and Kenneth Schroeder officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
