The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Marcella Weitzel
Marcella M. Weitzel, 93, Celina, died at 1:40 a.m. July 13, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Nov. 18, 1918, in Cassella to Joseph Boeckman Cron and Catherine Quinter. In June 1942, she married Aloys Weitzel, who died Nov. 11, 1986.
Surviving are two sons, Ralph (Susan) Weitzel and Dave (Connie) Weitzel, all of Celina; four daughters, Joann (Leroy) Felver and Mary Jane (Robert) Wint, all of Celina, Rose Ann (Louie) Miller, Coldwater, and Judy (Mike) Hamberg, Montezuma; three brothers, John Cron, Columbus, George (Janet) Cron, Cleveland, and Cletus (Pauline) Cron, Celina; two sisters, Rose Fleck and Erma Klosterman, both of Celina; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers, Richard Boeckman, Ray Cron, Wilbert Boeckman, Joseph Boeckman and Tony Cron; and one great-grandchild.
She retired from Reynolds & Reynolds, Celina, where she had worked 24 years. She also had worked at Buckeye Factory. She was a member of Immaculate conception Catholic Church, Celina, IC Sewing Circle and the church Altar Rosary and had volunteered at IC cafeteria and cooked for funerals.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will be in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
