The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Paul Bost
Paul Thomas Bost, 73, Celina, died at 2:17 a.m. Oct. 25, 2012, at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, N.Y.
He was born March 11, 1939, in Florida, Ohio, to Donald Bost Sr. and Florence Smith Ludeman. In May 1961, he married Shirley Toth, who died Sept. 1, 1962. On June 24, 1963, he married Mary Ann Rohr, who died Dec. 14, 2001.
Surviving are three daughters, Lori (Jim) Yaney, Lisa (Mark) Burgoon and Teresa Lynn, all of Celina; a son, Michael (Bonnie) Bost, Fayetteville, N.C., brothers, David (Carolyn) Bost, Palmetto, Fla., Donald (Marlene) Bost Jr., Napoleon, Steve (Amy) Bost, Green Bay, Wis., Tony Bost, Huntington, Ind., Bill (Linda) Bost, Ohio, and Joseph (Sylvia) Bost, West Unity; sisters, Marjorie (Abe) Tussinger, Liberty Center, and Jeanette Banks, Bryant, Ind.; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a sister, Rosalie Glass, and a brother, Larry Bost.
He graduated in 1957 from Liberty Center High School, and served in the U.S. Navy. He belonged to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #5713, Celina, and was a past commander of VFW Post #9019, Chickasaw.
He worked at New Idea, Coldwater, Grief Brothers, Van Wert, served for the Celina Police Department Auxiliary Patrolmen under Chief Bob Humbert and Chief Leroy Felver, and served as a Mercer County Sheriff Ranger under Sheriff W.C. Sunderhaus.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
