The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Terry Carmean
Terry L. Carmean, 64, St. Marys, died Oct. 31, 2012, at his home.
He was born Sept. 2, 1948, in Celina. to L.G. and Evelyn Koenig Carmean. In 1979, he married Deb Heil, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Nate Carmean, St. Marys; two daughters, Stephanie Gudorf Schiff, Columbus, and Johanna (Tige) Sealscott, Louisville, Ky.; a sister, Diane (Dave) Blackburn, Wapakoneta; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Michael Carmean, and a sister, Christine Woods.
He graduated in 1966 from St. Marys Memorial High School and attended The Ohio State University. He retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., St. Marys.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Joy Miller officiating. Private burial rites will be held for family members.
Calling is 1-4 and 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Grand Lake Hospice.
