The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Ted Stott
Ted Stott, 87, Celina, died May 21, 2013, at 7:55 a.m. at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Nov. 1, 1925, in Stanolardville, Utah, to George Oren and Emma Vilate (Allred) Stott. On April 6, 1944, he was married to Imogene Patricia Strom, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, George Alfred (Linda) Stott of Knoxville, Tenn.; two daughters, Mary Linda (Warren) Stevenson of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Patty Kay (Fred) Lewis of Englewood, Colo.; 15 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 7 stepgrandchildren; 30 step-great-grandchildren; and 8 step-great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Gerald, Vear, Glenn and Lee Stott; two sisters, Leah Eddington and Blanche George; and two great-grandchildren.
He earned a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from Montana State University. He served with the U.S. Air Force during World War II as a flight maintenance gunner and flew 22 missions. His B-17 was shot down twice and the second time he spent time in a POW camp.
He was a Little League baseball and football coach, and served on the Celina school board, city recreation board and Celina charter commission.
He was a retired engineer with the former New Idea Company in Coldwater and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. His memberships included the American Society of Agricultural Engineers, Farm Equipment Manufacturers Assoc., Celina American Legion, Mercer County Elks and Celina Lions Club.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial will be at a later date at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colo.
