The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Juanita Gagle
Juanita Gagle, 83, Celina, passed away at 10:25 a.m. July 2, 2013, at her residence.
She was born March 16, 1930, in Macedon, to Donald W. and Nellie M. Dundon Hassan. On July 10, 1949, she married Lowell E. "Spiz" Gagle, who passed away Feb. 8, 2009.
Survivors include her sons, Mark A. (Dawn M.) Gagle of Celina and Todd J. (Lois J.) Gagle of Moon Township, Pa.; six grandchildren, Christian (Randi) Frost, Andrew (Christine) Frost, Brian (Amanda) Gagle, Jacylin (Stephen) Edsall, Derek Gagle and Ashley Gagle; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Lowell Gagle Jr.; sisters, Marcella (Fred) Dock, Wanda B. (Howard "Hap") Axe, and Thelma Stuehr; and a brother, Lowell Hassan.
Juanita graduated from Celina High School in 1948. She was formerly employed at New Idea in Coldwater, Goodyear in St. Marys and Huffy's Bicycle in Celina. She retired in 1995 from Wright State University-Lake Campus, where she was an administrative assistant to the dean for 23 years. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina. Juanita was also a member of the Mercer County Elks. She loved to golf, bowl and play cards. She had a passion for Celina athletics and enjoyed watching her grandchildren play.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Celina Athletic Boosters Club or Community Health Professionals of Celina.
