The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Mary Kriegel
Mary A. Kriegel, 90, Celina, passed away Oct. 2, 2013, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born Feb. 16, 1923, in Trinity, Ind., to Henry and Frances Hess Muhlenkamp.
On Jan. 26, 1944, she married Howard F. Wagner, who died April 24, 1965. On Oct. 31, 1969, she married Edward J. Kriegel, who died April 8, 2010.
Surviving are two sons, James (Susan) Wagner and David (Diane) Wagner, both of Celina; two daughters, Betty (Mike) Heckler, Coldwater, and Nancy (Joseph) Nerderman, Albuquerque, N.M.; a daughter-in-law, Marg Wagner, Celina; four stepchildren, John (Betty) Kriegel, Troy, Mich., Charles (Linda) Kriegel, West Carrollton, Charlene Harner (Greg Cartter), Kirbyville, Mo., and William (Bea) Kriegel, Celina; 27 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Wagner; 11 brothers and sisters, Alvera Deitering, Doris Moeller and Cleo, Herbert, Leonard, Harold, Ralph, Victor, Cornelius, Paul and Urban Muhlenkamp; and a grandson.
She was a homemaker and had worked at Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina for 15 years. She had attended Trinity School in Trinity, Ind., and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Celina, and the Altar Rosary Society. She was known as the family historian and photographer, and was an avid card player.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Church in Celina, the Rev. Ken Alt presiding. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10:15 a.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick and Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorial donations may be given to the Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund.
