The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Gary Clark
Gary D. Clark, 71, Celina, passed away Feb. 3, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born April 29, 1942, in Paintsville, Ky., to Melvin and Shirley Walton Clark. On July 4, 1997, he married Sheila Bailey Mott, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are his sons, Gary Wayne (Terena) Clark, Wabash, Ind., David Randall Clark, Paintsville, Michael Clark, Covington, Ky., Scotty Clark, Van Wert, Kenneth Reffert, Ark., Robert Kirkland, Huntington, Ind., Scott Wysong, Wabash, Ind., Robert (Katie) Mott and B.J. (Tasha) Mott, all of Celina; daughters, Kim Hendricks, Celina, and Kristina (Bob) Lynn, Roann, Ind.; numerous grandchildren; stepgrandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harvey Clark, Columbus, and Gordy Clark, Paintsville; and three sisters, Sharon Fife and Melinda Lemasters, both of Flat Gap, Ky., and Charlene Jackson, Chillicothe.
He was preceded in death by a son, Larry Alan Clark; brothers-in-law, Dean Lemasters and Wilson Fife; and his stepmother, Irene Clark.
He was known as a "Jack of all Trades." He had been self-employed as a mechanic, truck driver and construction worker. He had also worked as a bartender. He enjoyed camping and fishing and being with his grandchildren.
Calling is 3-4 p.m. Thursday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina. Services will begin at 4 p.m.
