The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Judith Dixon
Judith (Wise) Dixon, 70, formerly of Celina, died at 2:35 p.m. Feb. 13, 2014, at Birchaven Nursing Home, Findlay.
She was born Jan. 30, 1944, in Celina, to Franklin E. and Rita C. Fischer Wise. On Dec. 15, 1979, she married Sam Dixon, who also died Feb. 13, 2014.
Surviving are her two sons, Nick (Kris) Thomas of Findlay and Collin (Kerri) Thomas of Van Wert, and a daughter, Rhonda (Kirk) Slough of Arlington; their father, Ronnie Thomas of Arlington; three stepchildren, Sam K. (Laura) Dixon of Corona, Calif., Randy (Angie) Dixon of Cincinnati, and Teresa Roberts of St. Marys; a brother, James (Anne) Wise of Akron; sisters and brothers-in-law, Becky (Doc) Wimmers of Chicago, Ill., and Jane Wilkins and Robert "Chico" Weber of Celina; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Wise of Troy and Brenda Wise of Texas; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and four stepgrandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Franklin "Skip" Wise and Michael Wise; and a sister, Barbara Weber.
She formerly worked at Wilson Shoe Store in Celina and Mercer County Mental Health (Foundations). She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Celina.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Jeff Gramza officiating.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
