The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Evelyn Braun
Evelyn M. Braun, 88, Coldwater, died Feb. 23, 2014, at Celina Manor.
She was born Dec. 13, 1925, in Celina. Her parents were Henry and Marie Saalman Severt and Frances Hemmelgarn Severt. She was raised from childhood by Joseph and Cecelia Hausfeld Severt.
On Nov. 6, 1948, she married Walter A. Braun, who passed away Nov. 10, 2003.
She is survived by 11 children, Bill (Cheryl) Braun, Coldwater, Mary Kirkman, Columbus, Ann (Don) Wolf, Xenia, Dan (Barb) Braun, Grand Rapids, Mich., John (Pauline) Braun, Coldwater, Tony Braun, Atlanta, Ga., Peg Chesser, Henderson, Nev., Roger (Jessica) Braun, Atlanta, Ga., Ken Braun, Atlanta, Ga., Susan (Mike) Fennig, Celina, and Mike Braun, Raleigh, N.C.; 18 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Charles Severt, Ariz.; two sisters, Jane (Jerry) Bertke, St. Marys, and Irene (Larry) Odoski, Black Mountain, N.C.; and sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Severt, Port Royal, Pa., and Mary Jane Severt, Traverse City, Mich.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Norman Severt, and in-laws, Ralph (Penny) Braun, Werner (Helen) Braun, Herbert (Marlene) Braun, Waneta (Ray) Becker and Elsie (Ralph) Hemmelgarn.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality and the Coldwater Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. She also was a volunteer at St. Peter Neurological Center, Burkettsville, and Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.   Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Coldwater Public Library, Coldwater, or the Coldwater Memorial Park.
