The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Elizabeth Jutte
Elizabeth "Betty" Jutte, 81, Yorkshire, died at 9:04 a.m. April 8, 2014, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Dec. 27, 1932, in Yorkshire, to Henry and Elizabeth Thieman Homan. She was married to Walter Tuente, who died May 16, 1968. She then married Aloys Jutte on Sept. 29, 1971, and he survives in Yorkshire.
Also surviving are children, Shirley (Joseph) Frey, Yorkshire, Marvin (Carol) Tuente, Maria Stein, John (Nancy) Tuente, Anna, Ken (Sheila) Tuente, Yorkshire, Terry (Misti) Tuente, Versailles, Marie (Bart) Weer, Covington, and Nick (Jackie) Jutte, Minster; 23 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Norbert and Annie Homan, Wilfred and Rosella Homan, Paul and Phyllis Homan and Ernie Homan, and a sister, Malrita Homan.
She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood, St. Barbara's Ladies Sodality and Maria Stein American Legion Auxiliary.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood, the Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial will be in St. Martin Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice and the Center for Neurological Development.
