The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Ruth Kittle
Ruth E. Kittle, 83, Celina, passed away at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, at 11:54 p.m. Feb. 22, 2015.
She was born April 12, 1931, in Wabash, to William and Dorothea (Oswald) Florence, who are deceased. On Dec. 23, 1950, she married Elmer Pete Kittle, who died Aug. 8, 1998.
Surviving are two sons, Lyle (Shirley) Kittle, and Donald (Brenda) Kittle, all of Celina; two sisters-in-law, Helen Henkle and Mary Ann Kittle, both of Celina; seven grandchildren, Brian Kittle, Melissa (Tim) Metz, Lee Kittle, Luke (Sarah) Kittle, Gina Kittle, Julie (Bryan) McIntosh and Loren Kittle; and three great-grandchildren, Austin Metz, Andy Metz and Calvin Kittle.
Also deceased are a brother, Arthur Bud Florence; two sisters, Mildred Florence and Marie Chick; five sisters-in-law, Jeri Fishbaugh, Virginia Zumberge, Blanch Andres, Carolyn Sue Sloan and Martha Florence; and three brothers-in-law, Leonard Kittle, Murrel Kittle and Murl Chick.
Ruth was a 1949 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She retired after many years of service at Citizens Commercial Bank, Celina. She was a member of Erastus United Methodist Church, Celina, a life member of Celina VFW Post 5713 and Celina American Legion Post 210.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, 6921 state Route 703 East, the Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Visitation hours are 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 10-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
