The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Richard Hand
Richard A. Hand, 51, formerly of Celina, OH died 9:15 p.m. Friday July 17, 2015 in the emergency department of LeConte Medical Center in Sevierville, TN.
He was born July 19, 1964 in Celina, OH to Roy and Dorothy (Smelser) Hand, Sr.
Survivors include: daughter Lindsey Snider of Sevierville, TN; son Richard Hand, Jr. of Sevierville, TN; 2 grandchildren; mother and step-father Dorothy (Larry) Wine of Celina, OH; brother Roy (Sandy) Hand, Jr. of Wapakoneta, OH; brother Robert (Sherrie) Hand of Celina, OH.
Preceded in death by: father Roy Hand, Sr.; step-brother Larry Wine, Jr.
He had served in the Ohio National Guard.
Prior to becoming, disabled, he worked as a production employee for Setex Corp. in St. Marys, OH. His favorite pastimes included fishing and creating woodcraft items for family and friends.
Rites are scheduled to begin 1:30 p.m. Saturday July 25, 2015 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. The Rev. Jess King and the Rev. Elmer Long will co-officiate the services.
Visitation 12:00 noon until time of services on Saturday at the funeral home.
