The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Sandra Seals
Sandra K. Seals, 63, of Celina, passed away at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, OH, on November 18, 2015, at 12:45 am. 
She was born February 25, 1952 in Kenton, OH, to Beecher and Minnie (Doren) Whitaker; both preceded her in death. She married Jack C. Seals on June 19, 1976; he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include her four children, Joe (Angel) Seals, Celina, Steve (Casandra) Green, Napoleon, OH, Robin (Michael) Lockhart, Centre, AL, and Jason Seals, Portland, IN; two brothers, Beecher (Red) Whitaker, Newnan, GA, Earl Whitaker, Van Wert, OH; a sister, Marie Coburn, Hamilton, IN; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Also preceded in death by two brothers, Sonny Whitaker, and Joe Whitaker; and four sisters, Edith Gibson, Elizabeth Page, Eula Mae Kindle, and Phyllis Joseph. 
Sandy enjoyed her family, being outside, and flea markets. She loved to laugh and sing karaoke. She will be deeply missed by all.
   She was a member of Celina VFW Post 5713, and Celina Eagles Lodge.
   Memorial Services will begin at noon, Monday, November 23, 2015 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Nan Clancy officiating; where the family will receive friends 10:00 am – Noon prior to the service at the funeral home.
