The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Edith Johns
Edith Sudman Johns, 93, formerly of Saint Marys, died 9:55 A.M. Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at the Franciscan Care Center, Sylvania, Ohio.
She was born January 17, 1922, in Auglaize County, Ohio, the daughter of William and Ona (Kelch) Sudman. She married Herold Johns on February 17, 1946, and he preceded her in death on February 24, 2007.
She is survived by her two daughters: Kay (Jeff) Krempec of Sylvania, Ohio; Nancy (Tom) Kopcho of San Antonio, Texas. She is also survived by six grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Edith was a homemaker and local seamstress. She was lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Moulton.
Funeral rites will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Moulton, the Reverend David Coffin, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Monday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, and also from 9:00 A.M until the time of services on Tuesday at the church.
