The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Robert Miller
Robert D. Miller, 87, Willshire, died at 2:35 p.m. Dec., 30, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne.
He was born April 19, 1928, in Van Wert County, to Oscar and Hila May Slusser Miller. On June 19, 1948, he married Phyllis J. Heil, who died May 6, 1995. On Oct. 26, 1995, he married Jacqueline R. Gase Kelsey, who died Dec. 3, 1999.
Surviving are two daughters, Lynn Ann (Dennis) Hinkle, Celina, and Rhonda (Stanley) Hunt, Willshire; a brother, Jay Miller, Sebring, Fla.; a companion, Elois Wilson, Willshire; four grandchildren, Heather Hunt, Josh Hunt, Rob (Bridget) Hinkle and Curt Hinkle; and nine great-grandchildren, Ariana, Xavier, Willow, Brody, Godrick, Brenner, Benzen, Blayklee and Cameron.
Deceased are eight sisters, Inola Alspaugh, Ruth Miller, Maxine Miller, Betty Miller, Mildred Kelsey, Margaret August, Eileen Suman and Louise Brown; and five brothers, Jim Miller, Bill Miller, Hilton Miller, Paul Miller and Curtis Miller.
He retired from International Harvester in 1981 after 37 years of service. He attended Praise Point Church in Willshire. He was a member of the Willshire Sportman's Club and Willshire Fire Department. He loved to play cards at the Willshire Sportman's Club and hunt. He played softball for many years.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Praise Point Church, Willshire, the Revs. Mark Rutledge, Brad Knittle and Bob Shook officiating. Burial will follow at Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Ind., and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
