The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

James Bell
James "Jim" Bell, 61, of Celina, died 7:19 A.M. Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born January 21, 1958, in Lima, the son of Winford and Anna (Wallace) Bell.
He is survived by his daughters: Michele Garland of Wapakoneta; Jamie (Robert) Schnipke of Leipsic. He is survived by 2 grandchildren: Naheem Tyson; Larissa Schnipke. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren: Brynlee Schnipke; Wriglee Schnipke. He is survived by his siblings: Marsha (Dan) Stant; Deb (Wayne) Huston; Sue (Javier) Braun; Shirley Higbie; Marilyn Reedy; a sister-in-law, Norma Bell.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Ed Bell; Gene Bell; Sandy Houser.
Jim attended high school in Ottoville. He loved playing his guitar, building model cars and fishing. He was employed at Walmart of Cambridge.
Friends may call from 1:00-3:00 P.M. Thursday, February 21, 2019, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, where memorial donations may be directed to Jim's family.
