The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Gary Hague
Gary A. Hague, 70, of St. Marys, OH died 6:23 a.m. Thursday July 25, 2019 at Grande Lake Health Care Center.
He was born December 5, 1948 in St. Marys, OH to Clemens Allen and Mary Ellen (Lunz) Hague.
Survivors include: Son Alan (Marites) Hague of St. Marys, OH; Grandson Joseph Hague of St. Marys, OH; Brother Perry Hague of West Melbourne, FL; Step-sister Susan Quinn of Celina, OH; Step-sister Penelope Skipper of Celina, OH; Step-sister Patricia Grissom of Celina, OH.
Preceded in death by: father Clemens Hague; mother Mary Ellen Hague-Grissom; daughter Angela Hague; step-father James Grissom; step-sister Linda Grissom.
He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. A veteran, he served his country in the United States Army during the Viet Nam era. He retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St. Marys, where he was a machine operator in the Banbury department for many years. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday July 30, 2019 at the Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys. Burial, with military honors, will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation 4-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
