Photo by Dan Melograna/The Daily Standard

Curt Menchhofer helps his son, Corey, 12, of the Washington Winners bring his dairy steer Tootsie Roll into the cattle barn during Thursday's move-in day at the Mercer County Fairgrounds in Celina. FFA and 4-H projects, food booths and animal judging are among the activities still set for the Mercer County Fair, which is operating on a slimmed-down schedule after Gov. Mike DeWine issued an order halting entertainment and rides due to the coronavirus pandemic.
