The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Robert Kremer
Robert Lee (Rob) Kremer, 33, passed away after an extended illness on March 26.
Rob was born on 11/2/88 to Roy and Jane Kremer of Coldwater who survive.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ryan, New Bremen.
He is survived by aunts and uncles Bill Bruns, New Bremen, Anna Bruns, Auburn, Ind., Jerry Brandewie, North Star, Mel and Ann Kremer, St. Henry, Bob Goettemoeller, Columbus, Roger and Barb Kremer, Celina, Stan and Marge Lefeld, Coldwater, Denis & Sue Kremer, Troy and Gary and Helen Kremer, Maria Stein and several cousins.
Preceded in death by grandparents Alvin and Alice Bruns, New Bremen and Elmer and Hilda Kremer, Chickasaw, aunts and uncles Steve Bruns, Alburn, Ind., Edgar and Clara Jean Kremer, Coldwater, Joan Brandewie, North Star, Bernice Goettemoeller, Columbus.
Rob was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater. He went to Venture Linx in Coldwater and participated in Special Olympics, Challenger Little League and equestrian therapy. In 2005 Rob participated in the Make a Wish program and got to see tapings of Wheel of Fortune and met Vanna White. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of ISS. Their care and love for Rob was incredible and enhanced his life in ways too numerous to mention. Rob loved basketball and all animals; he had an infectious smile and was loved by many.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:30 PM Friday, April 1, 2022, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3-6 pm on Thursday March 31, and from 12-1 PM on Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
In lieu of flowers the family ask a donation be made to Venture Linx day program or Coldwater Park.
