The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Shirley Luthman
Shirley R. Luthman, age 73 of Celina, died, Friday, March 25, 2022 at Divine Nursing at Shane Hill in Rockford.
She was born May 5, 1948 in Celina to the late Andrew & Luella (Schwieterman) Luthman.
She is survived by siblings and in-laws, Marilyn (Dan) Taylor of Ft. Wayne, IN, Charles (Paula) Luthman of Celina, Tom Luthman (Jill Foster) of Indianapolis, IN, Joanne (John) Cadwell of Long Beach, CA, Nick (Pam) Luthman of Madison, VA and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is also preceded in death by a sister Patricia Luthman.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. She was a first-grade teacher at Celina West Elementary School for over 30 years. Shirley played in a band with her father, enjoyed spending time with her friends and doing crossword puzzles.
Private family services will be held at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Trinity, IN.
