The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Judith Grieshop
Judith A. Grieshop age 69 of Osgood, Ohio, at 4:40 PM on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born on July 17, 1953 in Coldwater, Ohio to the late Charles & Mary (Luebke) Grieshop.
She was preceded in death by brother Patrick Grieshop on September 7, 2014.
She is survived by numerous cousins.
Judith was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood. She was also a member of Darke Co. Right to Life, St. Barbara Ladies Sodality. She worked with CYO and helped coach girls' softball. She worked at Marwell in Sidney, as a Home Health aide.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, September 30, 2022 at St. Nicholas, Osgood. Burial will follow in St. Martin Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 5 to 7 p.m.on Thursday, Sept. 29, and from 9 to 10 AM on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Darke Co. Right to Life.
