The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Donna Bollenbacher
Donna Jane Bollenbacher, age 82 of Celina, Ohio and formerly of Rockford, Ohio passed away on Saturday, February, 7, 2026 at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.     
She was born the daughter of the late Edwin and Frona (Bollenbacher) Bollenbacher in Celina, Ohio on December 11, 1943.
She is survived by her nephew James (Lori) Bader of Celina and her niece Candy (Howard) Courtney of Rockford and several great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents Donna was preceded in death by her brother Herbert (Esta) Bollenbacher and her two sisters Mildred (Ralph) Brehm and Dorothy (Robert) Bader.
Donna graduated from Parkway High School with the Class of 1962. She enjoyed playing volleyball and bowling.
She was a member of the St. Paul's Country Church in Rockford.
Donna was formerly employed at Mersman Furniture in Celina and retired from the Fremont Company in Rockford in 2008.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Country Church in Rockford.
