The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Dorothy Finnen
Dorothy J. Finnen, 73, 140 N. Garfield St., Minster, died at 8:04 p.m. Aug. 2, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born May 15, 1933, in Minster, to John and Pearl Ellis Kemper. On July 9, 1960, she married Leo E. Finnen, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Brian (Jodi), Lima, Darin (Kelly), Toledo, and John, Minster; a daughter, Leah (Chris) Ketner, Minster; two brothers, Richard (Mary Jean), and Robert (Judy) Kemper, all of Minster; a sister, Thelma (Nick) Zegarelli, Utica, N.Y.; a brother-in-law, Jack Brandewie, Celina; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Rosemary Brandewie.
She was a homemaker and had worked for I.E. Industries and Minster Machine Co. She was a bookkeeper for Brinkman Service Center, Minster and treasurer for the Association of Retarded Citizens (ARC). She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and charter member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1391 Auxiliary, both of Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday and 9-9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Contributions can be made to the Minster High School Scholarship Fund.
