The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

David Schulze
David Alan Schulze, 28, of South Main Street, Minster, died at 5:49 p.m. Aug. 14, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital emergency room, St. Marys, after an automobile accident.
He was born Oct. 10, 1977, in Coldwater, to Fred A. and Karen J. Bertke Schulze, who both survive in Minster. On Nov. 3, 2001, he married Brenda L. Albers, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Cory and Chad, at home; grandmother, Ellen Bertke, Maria Stein; a brother, Carl (Kathleen), Coldwater; and father and mother-in-law, Roger and Marilyn Albers, Fort Loramie.
He was employed at Bernard Masonry Contractors, Maria Stein. He was a 1996 graduate of Marion Local High School. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and Willie's Softball Team, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 8:30-9:30 a.m. Friday at Gehert Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
