The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Coletta Schwieterman
Coletta M. Schwieterman, 89, 721 W. Sycamore St., Coldwater, died at 11:50 a.m. Oct. 20, 2006, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born Feb. 28, 1917, in Fort Loramie, to John and Rosa Hoying Luthman. On Nov. 23, 1939, she married Matt H. Schwieterman Sr., who died Sept. 16, 1981.
Survivors are four sons, Ken (Marilyn), Matt Jr. (Dee), Ralph (Jane) and Romie (Brenda), all of Coldwater; five daughters, Jean (Rob) Neumeister, Dayton, Joan (Bill) Geise, Montezuma, Phyllis (Tom) Rose, New Bremen, Trish (Ken) Wrightsman, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Chris (Jerry) Schulte, Chickasaw; a brother, Larry (Ruth) Luthman, St. Marys; a sister, Alma (Jim) Overman, Dayton; two sisters-in-law, Viola Luthman, Coldwater, and Millie Luthman, Wapakoneta; 35 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Henry, Urban, Paul and Herman Luthman; a sister, Albena Luthman; and a daughter-in-law, Joyce.
She was a homemaker and former vice president of Matt Schwieterman Inc. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its choir; St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality and St. Cecelia Knights of St. John, all of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
