The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Don Miller
Don E. Miller, 83, of Celina, died June 9, 2008, at Ohio State University Medical Center-Ross Heart Hospital, Columbus.
He was born July 24, 1924, in Van Wert to Wesley and Mabel Boroff Miller. On April 13, 1946, he married Betty Archer, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are two sons, Gary (Sylvia), Englewood and Ron, Celina; a brother Harold (Fern), Van Wert; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Fred and Dwight; and two sisters, Evelyn Miller and Freda Highley.
He retired after 39 years from quality control at Federal Mogul, Van Wert. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, all in Celina. A 1942 graduate of Spencerville High School, he was a U.S. Army veteran serving in World War II.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Paul Bennell officiating. Burial is at Tomlinson Cemetery, Mendon.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 Friday at the funeral home.
