The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Anna Steinbrunner
Anna M. Steinbrunner, 90, 2646 Sawmill Road, Fort Recovery, died at 12:10 p.m. Jan. 3, 2009, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born June 30, 1918, in St. Peter, to Christopher and Agnes Gaerke Knoth. On Oct. 24, 1936, she married Walter F. Steinbrunner, who died Oct. 11, 1974.
Survivors are a son, Walter (Karen), West Union; a daughter, Regina (Virgil) Lange, St. Henry; a sister, Christine Bernard of Florida; a brother-in-law, Vernon Tisdale of California; two sisters-in-law, Florence Knoth, Decatur, Ind., and Mildred Knoth, St. Henry; 22 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Ralph; a daughter, Shirley Ann Reinhard; three brothers, John, Henry and Edward Knoth; three sisters, Loretta Braun, Alvina Laux and Anna Tisdale; and three grandchildren.
She retired from Fort Recovery Industries. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and its Altar Sodality, and the Catholic Knights, all of St. Joe, and the Daughters of Isabella, Fort Recovery.
Funeral Mass is at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Charles Mullen officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery. A prayer service conducted by the Daughters of Isabella will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
