The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Dean Mills
Former Celina resident Dean G. Mills, 76, died Feb. 24, 2009, at his residence in Muncie, Ind.
He was born Jan. 14, 1933, in Smithfield, Ind., to Clessie and Ola Helm Mills. His first wife, Ann Mills, died in 2006. His second wife, Marjorie Wright, survives.
Other survivors are two daughters, Donna (Ken) Miller, Willshire, and Deann (Don "Beatle") Puthoff, St. Marys; a brother, Rollin "Junior"; a sister, Sue; six stepchildren; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren and a stepgreat-granddaughter.
Deceased are eight brothers and sisters.
He worked at the former New Idea plant in Coldwater for more than 25 years, and was a self-employed truck driver. He also worked for Stewart Trucking Company in Muncie until his retirement. He attended Muncie Schools and Shell Lake High School in Wisconsin, and served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge, Muncie, the American Legion, Celina, and Teamsters Local Union, Muncie.
Cremation and private family services were held.
