The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Hazel Moeller
Hazel M. Moeller, 98, St. Marys, died at 9:20 p.m. July 25, 2011, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born Aug. 27, 1912, in Auglaize County to Edwin and Hilda Wiegers Moeller.
Surviving are a nephew, John (Deb) Moeller, St. Marys; three nieces, Susan Reinemeyer, Bradenton, Fla., Cyndi Coey, Bradenton, and Melissa Cagle, San Marcos, Calif; a sister-in-law, Barbara Moeller, Bradenton; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two sisters, LaRue Moeller and Wilhelmine Moeller; four brothers, Richard, Robert, Harold and Charles Moeller; and a sister-in-law, Wilma Moeller.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys, and its Ladies Guild and Lydia Circle. She had been a secretary at the former Union Building and Loam Company, St. Marys, and had retired from Parker Shady Acres, where she was a bookkeeper. She was a charter member of the St. Marys Soroptomist Club.
Service is 11 a.m. Friday in the Meyer Community Room at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community, the Revs. Carol Sainey and Ed Bray officiating. Burial will follow in German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is one hour prior to service Friday at Otterbein, where memorials may be made to either the church or to the Otterbein St. Marys Partner Appreciation Fund or the Otterbein St. Marys Benevolent Assistance Fund.
Arrangements are being handled by Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
