The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Maxine Head
Maxine E. Head, 92, Celina, died at 3:57 p.m. July 22, 2011, at the Gardens at Celina.
She was born July 19, 1919, in Grabill, Ind., to Noah and Lillie Grabill Roth. On Aug. 22, 1943, she married the Rev. Glen D. Head, who died Oct. 14, 1998.
Surviving are a son, the Rev. Bruce D. (Nancy C.) Head, Celina; a sister, Geraldine Amstutz, Rochester, Mich.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are daughter, Joyce E. Head; a brother-in-law, the Rev. Tillman Amstutz; and a grandson.
She was a 1937 graduate of Leo High School, Leo, Ind., and a 1939 graduate of Fort Wayne Bible Institute. She was a member Grace Missionary Church, Celina. She pastored with her husband in Frankfort, Ind., Elkton, Mich., Roseville, Mich., and Celina for 15 years. Then they then pastored for 11 years in Bluffton, Ind., and the Park in Frostproof, Fla.
She also taught piano and organ for several years.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Revs. Robert Sweeney and Bruce Head and Harold Lunsford officiating. Burial will follow in Leo Cemetery in Leo.
Calling is 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and one hour before services Friday at the church .
Memorials may be made to the Missions of Grace Missionary Church or to Grand Lake Hospice.
