The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Janis Teske
Janis L. Teske, 64, of Celina, died May 1, 2012, at Kindred Health Center, Dayton.
She was born July 22, 1947, in Dayton, to the late Ray and Geraldine (Carper) Reuber. On Aug. 1, 1981, she married Jimmie Teske, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a daughter, Geri Eldridge, Arcanum; siblings, Cheryl (Rich) Evans, Xenia; Gene (Prudence) Reuber, Chesapeake, Va; Dan Reuber and Mary Colwell, Dayton, and Sherry Lynn Colonel and Gary Monjar, Dayton; two grandchildren; a step granddaughter; a great-granddaughter; and a step great-grandson.
She was a member of Celina Moose, Celina Eagles and Coldwater American Legion Auxiliary.
Services will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Calling is 1 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to State of the Heart Hospice or the American Heart Association.
