The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Mark Miley
Mark Alan Miley, 61, St. Marys, died Jan. 25, 2014, at Golden Living Center, St. Marys.
He was born Jan. 19, 1953, in Mercer County, to Walter and Rita (Axe) Miley. He married Lorna West in 1985, in San Diego, Calif., and she preceded him in death after 18 years of marriage.
He is survived by his mother, Rita Miley, St. Marys, and a sister, Susan (Mickey) Walker, Knox, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his father and an infant brother, Daniel Miley.
He was a 1972 graduate of Finneytown High School and attended technical college to become a photographer. He enlisted in the United States Navy after graduation from technical college and proudly served his country.
Funeral rites will be 2 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Calling is noon until the time of services Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial gifts may be given to Friends of Holy Rosary Church.
