The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

David Bubp
David P. Bubp, 67, Coldwater and formerly of Fort Recovery, died on Dec. 11, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born May 19, 1947, in Celina, to Frederick "Albert" and Mary Moeller Bubp. On Sept. 6, 1969, he married Cheryl Timmons, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Lisa (Chris) Moeller, St. Henry, and Mindy (John) Imel, Coldwater; a son, Eric Bubp, Coldwater; two brothers, Tom (Marilyn) Bubp, Englewood, and Steve Bubp, Van Wert; a sister, Janice (Ralph) Jutte, Hebron; 10 grandchildren, Justin, Hailey, Kelsey, Kiley, Kailyn, Hank, Taylor, Serenity, Landen and Dailyn; three in-laws, Susie (Dave) Platt, Cicerio, Ind., Cindy (Jim) Carter, Portland, Ind., and Sandy (Mike) Mertz, Geneva, Ind.; and numerous foreign exchange students.
Deceased are an infant sister, Virginia Bubp; two brothers, James Bubp and Jerry Bubp; and a sister-in-law, Charlene Bubp.
He was a 1965 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and attended Ohio State University. He was a former co-owner of Fort Recovery Lumber Company.
He enjoyed spending time at his winter home in Marco Island, Fla., especially with his friends. His friends and family will greatly miss his dry, witty sense of humor.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Ron Wilker officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
Memorials may be given to the David Bubp Scholarship Fund c/o The Fort Recovery Community Foundation.
