The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Lucille Kleinhenz-Heric
Lucille Kleinhenz-Heric, 87, Maria Stein, died at 4:45 a.m. Dec. 22, 2014, at her home.
She was born July 13, 1927, in Dayton, to Urban and Rose Wendeln Menker. On July 5, 1952, she married Joseph Kleinhenz, who died March 29, 1994. On Dec. 28, 1998, she married Edward "Don" Heric, who died Dec. 20, 2011.
Surviving are eight children, Steve (Denise) Kleinhenz, Wilmington, Susan Kleinhenz, Cincin- nati, David (Terri) Kleinhenz, Maria Stein, Donald (Peg) Kleinhenz, Powell, Joann (Linton) Medlin, Dallas, Texas, Mary (Marty) Herrera, Portland, Ore., Sara (Jim) Busse, Springboro, and Fred (Denise) Kleinhenz, Maria Stein; 15 grandchildren, Craig, Heidi, Eric, Nicole, Emily, Konrad, Nathan, Sophia, Rachel, Aundrea, Brian, Jacob, Anna, Ella and Isabel; two great-grandchildren, Cadel and Briella; two sisters, Rita Heinl, Maria Stein, and Ruth Stammen, New Weston; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Mary Heitbrink, Kate Broering, Harold (Virginia) Kleinhenz, Martha Kleinhenz, Tom Kleinhenz and Andrew (Betty) Kleinhenz; three stepchildren, Steve (Jean) Heric, Waukesha, Wis., Denise Shattuck, Newport News, Va.; and Cinda O'Laughlin, Galesburg, Mich.; seven stepgrandchildren; eight stepgreat-grandchildren; and special friends, Barbara M. Eicher, Bryant, Ind., and Emma Girod, Geneva, Ind.
Also deceased are three sisters, Irene Kleinhenz, MaryAnn Menker and Alice Menker, and sisters- and brothers-in-law, Paul Kleinhenz, Charles Heinl, Lawrence Stammen, Walter Kleinhenz, Adeline Kleinhenz, Stanley Kleinhenz, Cornelius Heitbrink and Andrew Broering.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, St. Anne Rosary Altar Sodality, church choir and the Maria Stein American Legion Auxiliary. She also volunteered at the Relic Chapel and Spiritual Center in Maria Stein.
She worked at Menker/Heinl grocery for her parents when she was young and later worked in the cafeteria at Marion Local Schools and cleaned at St. Henry Bank.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, the Rev. Gene Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Friday and 9-9:45 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
